My Story
My goal is to help others learn to face life’s challenges.
In my over 20 years as a therapist, I have learned how to flow with the peaks and valleys of my life and business. Learning to navigate these challenges has helped me connect with myself and others. It is how I found the Love of my Life, and it has helped us build a happy and healthy life together.
My passion for Trauma and Couples work was born out of a need I saw working with sexual abuse clients and couples. It is easy to hurt each other without meaning to when we feel betrayed, unheard, or triggered by trauma.
I saw that change was often temporary if I didn’t find a way to help clients calm their nervous systems and know how to listen and communicate their wants and needs to themselves and their loved ones. Knowing how to listen is the first step toward making a change.
I started looking and found the best ways to handle anxiety, PTSD, and re-connecting relationships. As a result, I devised an approach to help my clients overcome their challenges.
Change is possible with the right help.
